The 4 spacious ensuite guest units are on the ground floor, each with a private entrance and large balcony. Every room has a 3m French door which gives you a view over the village including the bay and all the way across to Paihia and Waitangi. In every unit you will have air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and convection oven, 2 leather recliners, a safe, either a super king-size bed or twin beds (your choice), Android TV, DVD, radio, Nespresso coffee machine, table and 2 chairs plus a table and 2 deck chairs on your private patio. The spacious bathrooms have heaters, a heated towel rail, hand basins, toilet and a large shower. No need to bring beach towels, you will find two in your unit. Beach Umbrella now available for hire. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival – 100% of the total amount of booking will be collected. A deposit of 10% is required at time of booking, refundable if cancellation is outside of above cancellation period. Any refund will be less Credit Card Fees charged, if applicable.
